The film is performing well not only in India but also worldwide. It premiered at the Cannes Film Festival 2024 on May 15, 2024, and was released in Australia on May 20, 2024, and in other countries, including the U.S., on May 24, 2024.

In India, the film was released in four Indian languages, with the English version earning ₹5.22 crore and the Hindi version earning ₹2.74 crore between the first and second weekends. As of May 30, 2024, the film has grossed a total of ₹10.44 crore at the Indian box office. Globally, the film has surpassed the $64.8 million mark in box office collections.

The film was initially expected to gross between $40 to $45 million during the first four days and first weekend in the U.S. and Canada, but it underperformed.

“Furiosa: The Mad Max Saga” has become the second lowest-grossing film over the Memorial Day weekend since 1995, with the first being “Caspel (1995).” It failed to break the record of the 2015 release “Mad Max: Fury Road,” which had an opening of $45 million and went on to earn $389 million worldwide.
